Arcadius

Arcadius (full name: Imperator Caesar Flavius Arcadius Augustus;[1] AD 377 – AD 408) was Roman Emperor of the East from AD 383 to AD 408. Arcadius ruled with his father Theodosius I until his death in AD 395 and he ruled with his brother in the West, Honorius until he himself died in AD 408. Arcadius wasn't interested in ruling and he was a puppet Emperor for powerful government officials.
