Run #1 has been completed as best I can. Our category structure is a little broken right now, so because I am relying on it, some pages could have been missed. About 6,000 pages were edited in this run. At my convenience, I plan to review the results, reset, do a little more research on on other links which should be updated, and do another run. As always, I welcome suggestions and criticisms. Thank you 1990'sguy for you help and feedback! --David B (TALK) 10:51, 27 September 2018 (EDT)
- Hello DavidB4, to be very clear, I don't mean any pressure/complaints/etc., but I'm wondering if or when you plan on doing the next batch of URL updates? --1990'sguy (talk) 16:23, 3 February 2019 (EST)
- (also, just a reminder that the Washington Examiner links have not been updated yet) --1990'sguy (talk) 16:25, 3 February 2019 (EST)
Hello DavidB4, I would rather not copy-paste every single URL I added earlier today to the new section you created. I'm sure you'll clear it up, but it's a bit confusing right now. --1990'sguy (talk) 00:26, 4 April 2019 (EDT)
- Hi, I just noticed that I never responded to your last comment--sorry about that! I have been distracted with other bot work, and real-world responsibilities, rather than working on this project.
- There is certainly no need for you to move links around. I figured I would just finish the ones in the table, then use the lists going forward. The table is a little more visually clean, but I expect it will be faster for us to just paste in lists of URLs rather than always needing to add them to the table. We can try this for a bit, anyway, unless you prefer that we keep using the old method.
- I don't mind, but I don't think every new URL I added in the past couple of days (in the table) is also in the section you created -- several are not (unless I missed them). I'm just wondering about that since it looks to me like a discrepancy (and I'm not saying it necessarily is one). --1990'sguy (talk) 19:19, 4 April 2019 (EDT)
