Vespian

Vespian Roman general in charge of putting down the Jewish revolt in the later 60's A.D., leaving the overseeing of the operations and their final conclusion to his son Titus. He left to fight for the Emperorship after the death of Nero and was one of four claimants to the throne. After a brief civil war, he was victorious and became Emperor from 70 to 79 A.D. Upon his death, his son succeed him as Emperor.
