The origin point of human life is the place on Earth where humans originated. There are several different answers given.

Judeo-Christian answer

Jews and Christians believe that humans originated around the area of the Garden of Eden, which is hinted by the mention of the four rivers to be located in Iraq, central Turkey, or even the Transcaucasian.

Evidence for this view

Evidence for Middle Eastern origin point for humanity includes the fact that Mesopotamia, the oldest human civilization, is in the Middle East.


Evolutionist answer

Evolutionists believe that humans originated in East Africa or South Africa.[1]

Shinto answer

Shinto, a Japan-centered religion, holds that the origin point of humanity is Japan.
