Early Life & Politics
Born on September 17th, 1955, in Wheatland, Missouri and raised on a farm near by. He graduated from Wheatland Highschool in the class of 1973, then going on to serve in the U.S Military. Being in the U.S Army, he served two tours in the Military Police (MP), rising to the rank of Sergeant.
