Bertrand H. Snell

Bertrand Hollis Snell (December 9, 1870 â February 2, 1958) was a New York Republican who served from the state's now-defunct 31st congressional district from the mid-1910s to the late 1930s. He was the leader of the House Republican Conference during his last eight years in office.
