Jack Nicholson is a pro-life actor who has received more Academy Award nominations in male acting categories -- a total of 12 -- than anyone else. He has won 3 Oscars as an actor, a total attained by only five other performers.
Nicholson turned down an offer to play the lead role in The Godfather even though he knew the movie would be a hit, because he felt the role should go to an Italian.[1]
