Field of Dreams was a successful movie in 1989 based on a novel about "Shoeless" Joe Jackson, entitled Shoeless Joe by W.P. Kinsella.
The most famous line from the novel is:
| “ | If you build it, he will come. | ” |
The movie was filmed on location in Dubuque County, Iowa, using a farm and abandoned warehouse.
Today the movie set is a tourist attraction.[1]
