Plumbers unit

The Plumbers unit were a group of outside contractors hired by John Dean and led by Gordon Liddy to "fix leaks" after the New York Times published the Pentagon Papers, a secret DOD document leaked by Daniel Ellsberg detailing the Kennedy and Johnson administration's mishandling of the Vietnam war.
