The Graham-Blumenthal Act (S.1241) is a piece of legislation introduced into the 119th Congress by RINO warmonger Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) and Democrat stolen valor Sen. Danang Dick Blumenthal (D-CT). The bill proposes to make law anti-free market capitalist secondary sanctions of 500% on nations who engage in their right of making the free market choice to purchase Russian oil. The legislation is an important part of furthering the neoconservative and globalist war on sovereignty. 80 senators of the Uniparty have co-sponsored the legislation.
