965-925 B.C. Third King of Israel, famed for his surpassing wisdom and wealth.
It says in the Bible during the reign of Solomon that Israel was at its strongest. In 1 Kings 4:24 'For he ruled all the kingdoms west of the River, from Tipshsah to Gaza and had peace on all sides'.
