Eighth Circuit
This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Aschlafly (talk | contribs) at 18:11, August 29, 2007. It may differ significantly from current revision.
The federal Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit covers Missouri, Arkansas, Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska and North and South Dakota.
It is about evenly balanced between conservative and liberal judges, even though 9 out of 11 of its active judges were appointed by Republican presidents.
