Ringo Starr

Ringo Starr, born Richard Starkey, was the drummer for The Beatles. Unlike the other members, Starr seldom wrote songs fore the band, writing many more for his solo career (the least successful one of the former Beatles). Starr also took up acting, notaby in the series "Thomas the Tank Engine". He was the oldest of the Beatles.
