Sanctity of life

The sanctity of life the important Christian value which recognises that all human life is sacred and inviolate. In addition to condemning the act of murder, sanctity of life rules against all abortions and so-called mercy killings.
Sanctity of life is considered a part of the "culture of life", espoused by many Christians including Pope John Paul II and President George W. Bush.
