West Wing

The West Wing was a TV show broadcast over seven series in the United States, culminating in 2006. It depicted the term of Democrat Party President Josiah Bartlett, and the frequent political realities of a party not holding majorities in Congress, despite holding the Presidency. It is often regarded as one of the greatest TV drama's of modern times, sharing a pedastal with shows like Lost(TV) and The Soprano's. Widely hailed by political scientists and other intellectuals, it tends to attract the patronage of upper income, Middle Class people as opposed to other popular US dramas.
