Rule of Law

The Rule of Law is a fundamental conservative principle underlying the Magna Carta, the Declaration of Independence, the U.S. Constitution, and a political philosophy. It means that laws, not the whims of dictators or kings, should govern human conduct.
The roots of Rule of Law are in the Ten Commandments.
