Michael Douglas (born 1944) is an Oscar winning Hollywood actor and director. He has appeared in a number of films, including, Romancing the Stone, Jewel of the Nile, Basic Instinct, Fatal Attraction, and Wall Street.
Michael Douglas is also the name of a young man killed in a motor accident at Midland, Texas in 1963 when a vehicle driven by Laura Welch, later First Lady Laura Bush, drove through a stop sign without pausing.
