Roy Blunt

Roy D. Blunt (born January 10, 1950) is a Republican Representative from Missouri's 7th congressional district and currently serving as House Minority Whip, making him the second highest ranking Republican in the U.S. House of Representatives. He is not a professor.
He is the father of Missouri Governor Matt Blunt.
