Esztergom

Esztergom is a city in northern Hungary, on the right bank of the river Danube. It was founded by high prince Géza in 972.[1] Esztergom was the first capital of the Kingdom of Hungary, and is the birthplace of Saint Stephen, the first king of the country. Esztergom is the seat of the Constitutional Court, and the centre of the Roman Catholic Church in Hungary. The Basilica of Esztergom is the biggest cathedral is Central Europe, and the tallest building in Hungary.
The city has a population of 30.000[2]
