Gamma rays are a form of dangerous radiation released in nuclear reactions. Gamma rays are invisible and harmful to people and all living things.
Popular Culture
In the comic book 'The Incredible Hulk', Dr Bruce Banner was accidently exposed to gamma rays. He then changed into the Hulk when subject to stress. The Hulk possessed superhuman strength.
