Heston Blumenthal is a British experimental chef and restaurateur. His restaurant, the Fat Duck at Bray, England, has been awarded three Michelin stars and in 2007 was voted the second best restaurant in the world. His dishes make use of ostensibly unpromising ingredients, including snail porridge and ant soufflé.
