Wrotnowski v. Bysiewicz is a lawsuit challenging the eligibility of Barack Hussein Obama to serve as President. The case is currently docketed with the Supreme Court, and where a certiorari decision will be made by Justice Antonin Scalia (liberal Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg already denied the petition).[1] A decision on whether to take appellate review is expected on Monday, December 15, 2008.[2]
