Roy D. Blunt (born January 10, 1950) is a Republican Representative from Missouri's 7th congressional district who has served as House Republican whip from 2003-2009. He briefly served as House Majority Leader. Blunt is a candidate for the United States Senate in 2010.
Blunt is the father of former Missouri Governor Matt Blunt.
