Clawback

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by RJJensen (talk | contribs) at 00:22, March 29, 2009. It may differ significantly from current revision.

Clawback is a procedure for a financial company to be refunded bonus payments paid to employees in previous years in light of current losses. It is also used to recover commissions paid to other companies. It has been widely proposed in 2009 but seldom used.
