British Empire

The British Empire was the largest empire the World has ever seen. At its height in the nineteenth and early twentieth century, it included a quarter of the world's population. The empire included Canada, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, India, Egypt, Iraq, Tristan da Cunha, Pitcairn Island, Singapore, Ireland, Hong Kong, the Bahamas, Basutoland, the Falkland Islands, Zululand and many other underdeveloped countries.
