The son of Abraham by his wife Sarah. Ancestor of the Israelites.
He had a son named Isaac when he was 100 years old. (Genesis 21:5)
One time God told Abraham to kill Isaac and sacrifice him on a rock, and when Abraham was about to do it, God stopped him and said that really He was just testing Abraham's faith. This is the story of Abraham and Isaac. (Genesis 22)
