Statism

Statism is a political or economic position in which the role of the state is deemed to be very important. This could - for example - manifest itself in directly state-controlled enterprises or economic planning directed by the government.
Some interpretations of statism result in "State-[8Capitalism]]" or even "State-Socialism".
