Uniform Recall Election Law

The Uniform Recall Election Law is a statute in New Jersey that authorizes the recall of any state or federal official who represents the people of New Jersey. It is codified at N.J.S.A. 19:27A-1 to -18.
It has been used repeatedly to recall local officials.
