Claude Heller

Claude Heller (1949 - ) is the current Mexican Ambassador to the United Nations since Feb, 2007. He studied at the Colegio de Mexico and the Graduate Institute of International Studies, in Geneva.
He has been Mexican Ambassador to France, Austria, Cuba, and Switzerland.
