Efficacy rate

An efficacy rate is a statistical measure used to describe how successful a treatment is at preventing disease.[1] Like most statistical analysis and arguments from liberal scientists and professors, the numbers are often fradulent, manufactured to suit the ideology and further personal profit.[2] See also obamacare.
