Recess appointment

This is an old revision of this page, as edited by Aschlafly (talk | contribs) at 04:52, March 19, 2011. It may differ significantly from current revision.

Recess appointment is a Presidential appointment that requires no immediate confirmation, and is made when Congress is not in session.
