Henry B. Livingston

Henry Brockholst Livingston (November 25, 1757 â March 18, 1823) was an Associate Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States. He was relatively inactive on the Court - in 16 years he wrote two dissents and five concurrences.[1] Livingston was a classmate of James Madison at Princeton University[1] and was brother-in-law to John Jay.[2]
