The Sims
The Sims (ESRB rating: T) is a very popular life simulation game and a series made by EA Games and Maxis. It was the game that started the massive line of well known video games that is known all over the world today. It was surpassed in 2004 by the new version "The Sims 2" which comes with updated graphics, new items and much better things in general.
Unlike what the ratings suggest, the games allow players to indulge in immoral behavior, including homosexual sex, and allow homosexual couples to adopt children. It also contains nudity, astrology as a religion and supports the belief that materialism leads to happiness.[1]
There are however, custom-created objects and mods you can download for The Sims that were created by Christians. These include examples such as a Bible complete with in game verses you can read [2], a Pastor career track [3] and even a statue of Jesus that your sims can worship and pray at [4]. However, these items were not created or endorsed by EA Games.
