Hybrid electric vehicle

A hybrid electric vehicle is any car that uses an electric motor, battery and internal combustion engine as power sources. Hybrids have been around almost as long as cars, but have only recently become common. Politicians illegally try to encourage the use of hybrids with tax incentives showing favoritism to certain car companies and by letting the use the HOV lanes where they don't even get better gas millage. The most popular hybrid is the Toyota Prius which is very popular with Hollywood celebrities and other liberals who want to show off.

  • Much more expensive which out ways the savings in gas.
  • Heavier due to battery.
  • Underpowered and slow.
  • Can cause electrocution after accidents.
  • Release harmful electromagnetic radiation which can give you cancer.
