Voter Participation Center
Voter Participation Center is tax exempt, non-partisan voter registration organization that works exclusively to elect Democrats. They made the news for voter fraud and in July 2012, for registering dogs and cats, dead relatives, minor children, non-citizen relatives, and convicted felons. The organization has been cited for similar issues in North Carolina, Louisiana, Arkansas, Arizona, Wisconsin, Colorado, Kentucky and South Carolina, to name a few. Republican presidential nominee Mitt Romney's campaign asked Attorney General Ken Cuccinelli to investigate.
The Washington-based Voter Participation Center was formerly known as "Women's Voices. Women Vote," and they formed in 2004. [1] One of its' board members is John Podesta of Center for American Progress, the group funded by George Soros.
