Scottish supremacy
Scottish supremacy is the racist theory espoused by many left-wing Scottish 'nationalists' that holds that Scottish people are superior to other nationalities. A characteristic of Scottish fascism, Scottish supremacy is closely linked to, and characterised by, Anglophobia, with it forming the basis of much of the support for 'independence' in Scotland. The ruling Scottish National Party, which has historic links to Nazi Germany, has long had links to Scottish supremacist organisations such as Siol Nan Gaidheal.[1]
The prominent Nazi-sympathising Marxist-Leninist Scottish supremacist Hugh MacDiarmid has been described as the "spiritual leader" of the Scottish 'independence' movement, and was honoured by the totalitarian socialist and trans-fascist SNP regime of Nicola Sturgeon.[2]
Characteristics
Some Scottish supremacist SNP supporters assert that Scottish people who do not support independence are in fact English.[3]
