Cao Dai is a Vietnamese religion, after Buddhism and Roman Catholicism it is the most popular religion in Vietnam. It was founded in the city of Tay Ninh in 1926.[1] Caodaism is syncretic in nature, that is it borrows elements from other religions, including Buddhism, Confucianism, Christianity, Hinduism, Islam, Judaism, and Taoism. In their own words -
