A country in Europe. Thrived during the middle ages. The capitol is Paris, France, which was founded in the Middle Ages.
Today France is most famous in the United States for not supporting President Bush and his war on terror. The French believed it was wrong to attack Iraq or any Arabin country. They believe the UN is a suitable vehicle for confronting the threat from Islamicans.
