Henry Payne (born 1962) is a syndicated cartoonist who draws for the Detroit News and for conservative publications.
He has been a vocal critic of the global warming hoax, as expressed in his commentary in National Review which ridiculed Michigan Democrat Senator Debbie Stanebow for making the non-existent climate crisis her top priority in 2009:[1]
“ | Michigan just experienced its coldest July on record; global temperatures haven’t risen in more than a decade .... [yet Stanebow declared that] 'Global warming creates volatility. I feel it when I’m flying. The storms are more volatile. We are paying the price in more hurricanes and tornadoes.' And there are sea monsters in Lake Michigan. I can feel them when I’m boating. | ” |
