Personhood is the legal concept that every unborn baby is a "person" by God-given, constitutionally-protected right. Chief among the rights endowed by the status of personhood is the right to life.

Personhood USA and state charters such as Personhood Florida are pushing the courts to guarantee basic human rights to the unborn. The Personhood movement is such a serious threat to liberals that Planned Parenthood has sued Personhood Colorado. [1]
