Personhood is the legal concept that every unborn baby is a "person" by God-given, constitutionally-protected right. Chief among the rights endowed by the status of personhood is the right to life.

Personhood USA has organized into a massive pro-life movement in over thirty-two states. Personhood USA and state charters such as Personhood Florida are pushing the courts to guarantee basic human rights to the unborn. The Personhood movement is such a serious threat to liberals that Planned Parenthood has sued Personhood Colorado. [1]
