Scott Brison is a Canadian politician.
Political Experience
Brison has won election to the Canadian House of Commons in five general elections:
- June 1997
- November 2000
- June 2004
- January 2006
- October 2008
He currently serves in the Official Opposition Shadow Cabinet as the Liberal Party Critic for Industry. In addition, he is co-chair of the Liberal Party of Canada Election Platform Committee with Bob Rae.
He served as Minister of Public Works and Government Services, and Receiver General of Canada, from 2004 to 2006.
He also served on three cabinet committees including:
- Treasury Board
- Domestic Affairs
- Expenditure Review
