Scott Pruitt

Official portrait

Edward Scott Pruitt (born May 9, 1968) was the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency, serving under President Donald Trump. Previously, he served in various government positions, including Oklahoma Attorney General.

While liberals tried to destroy Pruitt by alleging unethical behavior on his part, conservatives supported Pruitt, noting his effective work in advancing the Trump Administration's agenda.[1][2]

Pruitt announced his resignation as EPA Administrator on July 5, 2018, effective the following day.[3]
