Simon de Montfort The Younger or Simon VI de Montfort (April 1240 - Late 1271) was the son of Simon de Montfort, born in around April 1240, possibly in Brindisi, he killed his cousin Henry of Almain in 1271 as they blamed him for the loss of his father and brother in the Battle of Evesham.
