Sociopathy

Sociopathy is a mental disorder that is synonymous with Antisocial Personality Disorder (ASPD), or pschyopathy, in which the person with the disorder exhibits an unusually lethargic way of demonstrating empathy. In other words, empathy is severely lacking.
Many with the diagnosis lack a conscience, which is pivotal to a healthy psyche. Psychological treatment is important.
