This article deserves to be congratulated for pointing out that only England, Scotland and Wales form Great Britain. Northern Ireland is not in Great Britain - it is in the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. [[User:Carltonio|Carltonio]] ([[User talk:Carltonio|talk]]) 02:31, 24 April 2019 (EDT)

Anyone for cleaning up this page? It seems pretty clear that someone had an ax to grind when making the majority of the page on Great Britain about its alleged moral decline.

Criticism of moral decline is valid, but should be moved to the UK article. Great Britain is and island and not a state so I think this article should be geographical. Any objections if I change this article to reflect that?--Tomqua 18:37, 16 June 2013 (EDT)
