From Conservapedia

This piece is editted from several articles which I wrote for Wikipedia and were later gutted by liberal ... er ... NPOV minds at Wikipedia. I encourage others to edit and augment the work. I did all the research here and it's pretty well documented. Perhaps one of the open-ended links will inspire you to start a new page. Everwill 07:48, 4 April 2007 (EDT)
- You are aware the copying from wikipedia, even your own work is heavily frowned upon, right? Myk 15:15, 5 April 2007 (EDT)
- Myk, his version is no longer the current version at Wikipedia. Plus, what, other than his own words, would you have him write? If this is truly his own work, I see no problem with him contributing it to Conservapedia. --<<-David R->> 15:17, 5 April 2007 (EDT)
- Unless he did a complete rewrite of the article, then the underlying version that he edited is under the GFDL. --Mtur 15:26, 5 April 2007 (EDT)
- There have been issues when people wanted to copy their own articles from CreationWiki over to here. If I remember correctly, Andy stated that he wants people to be original and not to re-use such material. Of course, quite a few rules seem to have changed recently and implicitly (such as the "Do not copy from non-public-domain sources" rule or the "you can post opinions on Talk pages"/"Conservapedia supports free speech" rule), so the current rules might make the exception you state. --Sid 3050 15:28, 5 April 2007 (EDT)
