I hope I am wrong, but I am suspicious of new speaker of the U.S. House of Representatives Mike Johnson. See: Impeach Biden, or let him crumble? In a closed-door meeting with House GOP moderates this week, he indicated that there is insufficient evidence at the moment to initiate formal impeachment proceedings, according to people who attended the meeting."

Maybe Johnson is right about law and evidence regarding Biden's suspicious activity as he is a constitutional lawyer as is legal scholar Jonathon Turley, but it doesn't seem so (In addition, Turley's public testimony was about a month ago and more evidence has come to light). But now Jonathon Turley says this: Biden family has to choose between ‘cooperation’ or ‘contempt’: Jonathan Turley.

A big test will be whether or not the federal budget shrinks and/or by how much the federal budget shrinks under Johnson during his speakership. But it is true that Gingrich and Congress had the Tea Party movement putting pressure on them when the federal budget deficit was eliminated, but Johnson does not.
