America will get what is deserves. ~BethTalk2ME 17:37, 31 October 2008 (EDT) yup and Thanks :) nice to meet you 17:51, 31 October 2008 (EDT)

Funny how you accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and support Barack Obama. --Jpatt 12:35, 3 November 2008 (EST)

What is that supposed to mean? You can't be a Christian and vote for Obama? Every single Christian in the entire world has to think the exact same thing? HelpJazz 12:39, 3 November 2008 (EST)
On the contrary, I'd say Obama lives a more Christian life than the current President. --JennyM 12:40, 3 November 2008 (EST)
I agree with Jpatt that Ema's misguided in her support for Obama, but she needn't worry, we'll all vote the right way for her. When McCain's president, she'll realize who she should have voted for and will be thankful that the rest of the country picked better than her. -Foxtrot 12:41, 3 November 2008 (EST)
I had forgotten what little respect people hold for other people's opinions. I'm glad that elections bring out the best in people... HelpJazz 12:43, 3 November 2008 (EST)
Foxtrot: Ema AT THE MOMENT cheers for Obama. It means she isn't very satisfied of the current President. What makes you think that she will change her mind during McCain's Presidency? Are you saying that McCain will be a better President than George W. Bush? --JennyM 12:45, 3 November 2008 (EST)
I think McCain will do an excellent job at stirring up the government and shaking out all those people dragging on the system. There's too much fat in Washington and he's not afraid to cut it. Gluttony is a sin, you know, and Washington's one of the biggest sinners in that department. -Foxtrot 12:48, 3 November 2008 (EST) P.S. HelpJazz, that sarcasm was uncalled for.
Was it? HelpJazz 13:41, 3 November 2008 (EST)
Thanks Foxtrot, I admire your questioning of today's President. You gave me more faith in the Republican Party. Luckily, I haven't voted yet - maybe I'll vote McCain after all. --JennyM 12:51, 3 November 2008 (EST)
I never questioned the current president. It's my opinion that a smear campaign of his policies by liberals has unfortunately convinced many on the Right to abandon him. While some criticism was due (every politician makes mistakes), he's been reduced to a lame duck president for more than a year now and all the terrible events (economic crisis, etc) have been blamed on him when in fact, he's been powerless to make a change. The government is not a dictatorship. What Bush says should happen doesn't automatically go into effect -- he has to have support. And with his political base fleeing because it's so easy to go with the popular flow, I feel a lot of pity for the scorn he's had to endure. McCain has never thrown blame on Bush but always on Washington, and I respect him for that. -Foxtrot 12:57, 3 November 2008 (EST)

to say that my religion should be a factor in determining who I should vote for is ridiculous.. I don't know whether to laugh or cry at such foolishness. I'm christian and voted for Obama, and someone questions it? I take that as an insult. I am not confused about my faith JPatt, I am NOT giving Christianity a bad name, and your petty attacks only show that YOU are giving a bad name to Christianity. How dare you!!!

I was going to vote for McGreasyhands, but after I read about him cheating on his past wife, his gambling addiction (oh look, not in his article I see), and his voting record the same as Bush, I cant support him. Instead of letting my faith influencing my choice, which wouldn't matter anyway because both men are respectable believers of God regardless of what lies people spew. I let logic decide, and it was easy. Does it really matter what religion the president is? it won't change my faith or belief, so it doesn't matter. What matters is if the president is good enough for my country, not my ideology...

then again, the same people who think that christians who should vote for McCain are the same people who think obama is Muslim anyway, and refuse to acknowledge his Christianity... two words: PATHETIC DENIAL. Im shocked people like Foxtrot can say I'm "misguided" and that they're voting "the right way" and "picked better" than me. Well guess what, it's my choice, not yours, and to question my faith based on how I vote is completely uncalled for. Grow up and quit believing rumors... you two insulted me for no reason! Thanks HelpJazz, but since this is supposedly an encyclopedia, maybe they can learn some manners =-) Ema 18:30, 3 November 2008 (EST)

It's clear you are new here. Oh look, and blocked to boot. See you in two days... HelpJazz 19:59, 3 November 2008 (EST)

Hey

I was looking at your page and just wanted to drop a comment. Just because Obama won doesn't mean he is the better choice. We will see in the future years. ~BethTalk2ME 15:49, 7 November 2008 (EST)

oops, I should make it my opinion than a statement like that, so I'll fix that. As for the future, I completely agree! Would be a big disappointment if he didn't live up to my expectations. xP
and OMG your user pages are so cute!!! Ema 16:00, 7 November 2008 (EST)
Thanks! Feel free to use any of the images!! I'm really looking forward to seeing what he does in the next few years. This election really got me interested in politics!! o_0 ;-P ~BethTalk2ME 16:05, 7 November 2008 (EST)
