Arnold Plant

Sir Arnold Plant (1898-1978) was an influential professor at the London School of Economics whom Ronald Coase credits with converting him to free market principles like the "invisible hand."
Professor Plant argued that authors would still find a way to sell their writings even in the absence of laws granting copyrights to them, if a demand truly existed for the authors' works.[1]
