Betty Sabatino was a vice president at Texas Commerce Bank in San Antonio, Texas. In 1996, she was one day ordered to attend the session on "fair employment practices" and fired a month later, after she inquired as to why the company would provide special considerations for employees based on their sexual behavior.[1] Sabatino first filed a complaint with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Texas Human Rights Commission, but those agencies did not act on her complaint. Liberal media that purport to spread homosexual agenda have tried to ostracize Sabatino with label "anti-gay".[2]
